Shipping & returns

Everything is printed to order by one person, so here’s how timing and returns work.

Shipping

Every piece is made when you order it. Allow 3–7 days for printing and finishing, then your order ships via Australia Post with tracking.

We ship Australia-wide. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Need it by a date — a birthday, a party? Mention it via the contact page after ordering and we’ll do our best.

Returns

Faulty, damaged or not as described:we’ll replace it or refund you — your choice. This is your right under Australian Consumer Law and we honour it without fuss. Email printieau@gmail.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll sort it.

Arrived damaged in the post:same deal — send a photo of the item and packaging within 14 days and we’ll print and ship a replacement free.

Change of mind:because every piece is printed to order — and custom colourways are made just for you — we can’t offer change-of-mind returns. If something’s not right though, get in touch anyway; we’d rather find a fix than leave you with something you don’t love.

Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Email us as soon as you can. If printing hasn’t started, we’ll cancel and refund in full. Once a piece is on the printer, we can’t cancel it.
